Refund Policy
- Refund Processing: Refunds exceeding €250 will always be issued to the original source account.
- Exceptional Circumstances: If your source bank account has been closed or other exceptional circumstances prevent a refund to the original account, please contact admissions@icn-internationalcollege.com before completing this form. You will be required to provide an official bank statement confirming the closure of your bank account.
- Visa Rejection Refunds: If you are requesting a refund due to a visa rejection, you must upload your visa refusal letter as supporting documentation.
- Processing Time: Once the form is completed and submitted with accurate information, refunds are typically processed within 14 working days.
